TESI has achieved a significant milestone by achieving SEI CMMI Maturity Level 5 (Capability maturity Model Integration) with the objective of higher customer satisfaction, improved efficiencies and being in line with technology and business changes.

Being a global customer based company, it follows its objective to develop competitive software products that enable a customer to achieve and sustain market leadership of System on Chip (SoC) solutions for Digital Consumer, Personal Communications, Automotive and Intelligent Office Domains.

 1st Element - Process
The process forms a strategic direction of an organization by planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.

It creates appropriate management arrangements by clearly specifying the roles of process owners and process information officers to the assigned people.
It gives clarity and helps inbuilt the case for action for the processes.

The process could be broadly classified into business process, technical process and administrative process. These processes provide strength as policy guidelines for the success and lead of our company. It measures the intangible format of the organizational performance and stability.

Business Process has inputs, method and outputs. The inputs are a pre- requisite that must be in place before the method can be put into practice. When the method is applied to the inputs, then certain outputs will be created.

TESI provides the people, process and supporting technologies which comprises to a global network. Business process provides us with expertise, process knowledge, technology resources and a strategic tool for enhancing our business- building core capabilities.

Technical process is a collection of activities that take one or more kinds of inputs and creates an output that is of value to the customer. Technical process characterizes the specialized knowledge of applied technology. The technical process stays at the leading edge in technology advancements, illustrating practical relevance of development and also applies examples.

Administrative Process addresses the concept of employee, organization and administration function. Its easy access to information eases for participants to use the best of available technology; less duplication of effort among departments, more efficient support, and improved coordination/communication among units which then implements changes related to the work group's efforts.

 3rd Element - IS
Information Security and Information Systems.

The definition of Information Security and Information Systems is that the set of actions by which an individual of an organization is committed to protect company's valuable information. In the process, the company will ensure that the information supplied by an individual is correct and thus proves integrity of the person. The approach begins and ends with the people – policy and procedures, and awareness on information security. At TESI, our information is the most valuable assets. It's the responsibility of every employee towards the organization to protect and secure the valuable information security and systems. The loss of valuable information relates to the company's growth. That's makes the primary goal for information security. Security is about people, process, and attention to detail.

We are now focused towards BS 7799 certification as it defines the specification for our information security management. It gives us a scope to comfort our customers, employees and stakeholders in the knowledge that is secured as it demonstrates trust and credibility. Information security is all about protecting confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Security services protect our technology against security risk, giving us the confidence necessary to expand our technology to meet the growing needs of our stakeholders.

At TESI, Information Systems has developed comprehensive solutions based on our employee's environments and needs. We offer to increase our productivity with our trained, and experienced employees to work on the design, implement, and maintain information systems solutions.

 4th Element - Quality

TESI has achieved a significant milestone by achieving SEI CMMI Maturity Level 5 with the objective of higher customer satisfaction, improved efficiencies and being in line with technology and business changes.
It also covers many more disciplines such as systems engineering, integrated product and process development and integrated supplier management apart from software engineering as compared to CMM.

The organization with involvement of all staff has achieved CMMI Maturity Level 5. We educate and motivate all employees on the importance of quality and encourage a personal pride and creative enthusiasm in the work. We strive to maintain and improve our level of customer service, technology and pride ourselves in the level of quality service.
As developers we know that everything depends on the quality of our products, from that knowledge our ongoing commitment to develop technology is to meet the highest quality standards.

Our development team has transformed the development methodologies and tools to design, develop and deliver innovative and secure technologies and components that has improved the agility to our company.
