Performance Management:
Performance Management is a process by which each employee's performance is evaluated against his/her preset goals and objectives which is derived from TESI goals and objectives. Reviews are conducted every 6 months, during the month of September and March. This is conducted with an open mind to encourage every employee to fully participate and make it work in their best interest. Their performance rating shall influence revisions in salary and performance linked bonuses.

The details of compensation are available in the appointment letter. The structure shall vary as per the statutory regulations in force. The remuneration is purely a matter between the employee and the company. TESI expects all its employees to maintain confidentiality of their compensation; any violation of this shall be viewed seriously.
Our training and development programs are committed to employee development and advancement which is a continuous learning platform. We recognize talent and prepare the platform for them to handle increased responsibilities. Based on the needs of the organization, employees are nominated for various training programs / workshops or seminars. We encourage the staff to enhance knowledge; self learning or computer based training programs.
