Career Goals

      Performance Management:
Performance Management is a process by which each employee's performance is evaluated against his/her preset goals and objectives which is derived from TESI goals and objectives. Reviews are conducted every 6 months, during the month of September and March. This is conducted with an open mind to encourage every employee to fully participate and make it work in their best interest. Their performance rating shall influence revisions in salary and performance linked bonuses.

TESI is committed to provide career development to all its employees. His/her performance and ability to take additional responsibilities shall determine his/her growth in the Company. We shall implement career development plans for every employee.

The details of compensation are available in the appointment letter. The structure shall vary as per the statutory regulations in force. The remuneration is purely a matter between the employee and the company. TESI expects all its employees to maintain confidentiality of their compensation; any violation of this shall be viewed seriously.

Training & Development

Our training and development programs are committed to employee development and advancement which is a continuous learning platform. We recognize talent and prepare the platform for them to handle increased responsibilities. Based on the needs of the organization, employees are nominated for various training programs / workshops or seminars. We encourage the staff to enhance knowledge; self learning or computer based training programs.

      Knowledge Management
TESI believes in Intellectual Capital. From time to time, TESI sees to it that employees are refreshed, attend self development programs like Guest Lectures, Speak up sessions, Seminars / Workshops.

      Knowledge Enhancement
We encourage employees to utilize the library effectively. As part of our knowledge enhancement program we have subscribed to various journals, managerial and technical books. .

Project Management Tool

Project management tool that weaves together different stakeholders of the organization by capturing, analyzing and reporting an exhaustive and comprehensive data. This data gets generated while organization conceptualizes, plans and executes a project. This tool shall provide an insight to understand the organization processes and policies.
