TESI , with strong focus on customer satisfaction has achieved a significant milestone by achieving SEI CMMI Maturity Level 5. With objective of higher customer satisfaction, improved efficiencies and being in line with technology and business changes, TESI has adopted the CMMI framework for the continuous process improvement journey. CMMI stands for Capability Maturity Model Integration and covers many more disciples such as systems engineering, integrated product and process development and integrated supplier management apart from software engineering as compared to CMM. The organization with involvement of all staff has achieved CMMI Maturity Level 5.”
